GETTING TO THE VENUE AND AROUND BRISTOL
Venue: The Council House, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR
The Council House is located on College Green near the centre. It is conveniently situated only a minute's walk from Bristol's central promenade (locally referred to as 'The Centre') and cathedral and is close to many of the city's major attractions, hotels, university and redeveloped harbourside.

By bus
Any bus that stops at the centre is a short walk away, or the routes 1, 8, 9, 40, 41, 54, and 55, go directly to College Green. If arriving by coach, the number 500 city centre loop service stops near the Coach Station - use this to get to the centre and walk to College Green.
By train
The Council House is a 20 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, along the clearly sign posted 'Brunel Mile'. Once across the pedestrian foot bridge, bear right after @Bristol, cross Anchor Road and go up Cathedral Steps. Alternatively, use the number 8, 9 bus. You can also use the 500 bus from the bottom of the station concourse and get off in the centre.
By car
From the M32 join the A4032 Newfoundland street. At the traffic lights turn right onto A4044 Bond Street. Follow the road until you get to St James Barton Roundabout, take 1st exit into Inner Circuit Road A4044. Follow this road (Rupert Street) round until you reach the centre. Staying in the middle lane follow the road round bearing right and then turn left on to St Augustines Parade passing The Bristol Hippodrome on your right hand side. Keep in the right hand lane and follow the road round into Park Street. The Council House is located opposite the The Royal Marriot Hotel on College Green.
There is no parking at the venue, though there are two blue badge parking bays, which are available free of charge but cannot be reserved.

By coach
Bristol Bus Station is situated on Marlborough Street, near the main city
centre shopping centre.
Both National Express and Megabus operate services to Bristol.
