Work involvesrecycling empty property for homeless families, key workers and others inhousing need. Previously worked for a secondary housing co-operative CDS.Helped establish Lewisham Asylum Seekers Support unit and managed thecouncil's privately leased property for homeless families
Active campaigner on 'home zones' radically traffic calmed streets where thecommunity reclaims its street from rat running and speeding traffic byreducing traffic to a walking pace. Actively involved in supporting thecongestion zone and fully supports the Green's proposal to extend it to theM25. Supports neighbour 20 mph traffic areas, controlled parking zones andspeed cameras. Active member of Living Street - formerly the PedestriansAssociation
Active members of T&GWU and was the union's part-time convenor in thecouncil.
