Party to ballot members on leadership

Members will face 2 choices:
1) To create a leader and deputy, or Co-Leaders, with a vote on the National Executive
2) To retain the status quo of two Principal Speakers, without a vote on the National Executive.
A full debate will take place at the next conference in Liverpool, 13th - 16th September 2007
