More Energy, Better Health
We have great kerbside recycling services. But, incineration isn't off the agenda! We want to see:
• No incinerator in Worcestershire or Herefordshire
• Anaerobic digestion (composting) of farm and food waste to make energy for local use.
We want to improve people's health by:
• Better cycling facilities
• 20mph on residential streets so kids can play out
• Fresh local food in school meals.
We want better use of energy:
• 30% renewable energy to be generated on site by new developments
• Decentralised energy systems to supply homes and industry.
