Accommodation options in Bournemouth

There are a huge number of hotels, B&Bs and self-catering appartments in Bournemouth. You can download a map of Bournemouth here to get a sense of where the areas mentioned below are in relation to the venue.

BUDGET TIP! - you can get cheap coach/hotel packages often including dinner via holiday organisers such as which has, for example, a two-night/three-day break departing Sheffield on Friday 2 March for £117 including travel, hotel, dinners, as well as lots of other departures from the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Midlands.
Or which has, for example, a three-night/four-day trip departing London including travel, hotel, dinners and free drinks on Saturday for £150, as well as other departure points.

There are lots of other companies offering these packages. Try googling: 'coach/hotel packages to Bournemouth departing [insert name of your home city/town]'.

Beach lodges

If you want to make a mini-break of it, there are 15 lovely council-run 4-bed beach lodges, which you can rent from Friday night for a 3-night stay. The cost is £300 for three nights, ie £25 per person per night based on four sharing. They are a 40 minute walk from the venue (along the beach!) but there is also a very handy land train along the seafront.

Westby Guest House Now fully booked (1 Feb)!

Run by a local party member - Anne Cassels - and her husband, this eco-friendlly guest house is located around two miles from the venue (20 mins by bus). They are kindly offering conference goers a special rate on en-suite rooms, including breakfast, for only £22.50 per person, based on 2 or 4 people sharing (most rooms are double en-suite but extra matresses can be provided, and there is one family room).
