The Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre (4.5/5 Trip Advisor, average £50 per night on these dates at time of checking) is a 2 minute walk away and is recommended. They also have a Harrogate South Hotel, which is 1.5 miles from the venue.

We have also organised an allocation of bedrooms held with various local hotels and B&Bs at specially agreed rates. Please use this link to book. The advantage of using this allocation is ease of use and favourable cancellation terms (hotels are held on a credit card guarantee with no payment until check out).
We have set up camping arrangements with two local sites. This is the option for you if you want something sociable, fun and budget!
Harrogate Caravan Park
Accommodation would be in four person bell tents with double air beds or single camp beds provided by www.glampit.com in the Valley Field and with access to the caravan park’s washing, toilet and kitchen facilities. There is a minimum order of 5 tents but the field can accommodate up to 10. (Please note that if we don’t reach minimum numbers this will not be able to go ahead). The cost of each tent will be £250 for three nights, plus a £20 per night pitch fee, which works out at £26 per person per night based on four sharing.

Buses run hourly to the site until 23.20. 08.08 bus would get you to the venue for 9am start.

Yurtshire Fountains - book quickly as they are filling up!
Four yurts available sleeping up to 5 guests. All stays are for a minimum of 2 nights.

Harrogate does not have any hostels but Art Hostel is a social enterprise in Leeds (35 mins by train) offering quirky well-reviewed accommodation and the YHA in York is another option (33 mins by train)
