Local Party Campaign Officer - London
Following a record result in the London 2021 elections, Greens in London are focussed squarely on building on this success by delivering a large slate of elected Green Councillors in May 2022. To help achieve this, parties in Hackney, Islington and Lambeth are seeking to recruit a Campaign Officer who will support them to deliver effective local election campaigns in these areas.
We are seeking a motivational individual to take a lead in recruiting volunteers, coordinating key campaign events, and working with the Islington, Hackney and Lambeth teams to ensure the campaigns stay on track.
You will be organised, a natural relationship builder, and motivated to deliver ambitious election campaigns in these areas.
Salary: £21,799 - £22,679 per annum pro rata (points 1 - 3 on the Green Party pay scale)
Hours: 21 hours per week, including some work outside of typical office hours (9.30 – 5pm) according to the needs of volunteers
Location: Working from home with travel to and around London as and when needed
Line Manager: Activism Manager (with Supervisory support from the London Field Organiser)

Campaign Organiser – Cardiff & The Vale
Greens in Wales are determined to make a breakthrough at the twice-per-decade Wales local council elections in May 2022. To help achieve this, the Cardiff & The Vale Campaign Organiser will play a pivotal role in organising our volunteer campaign teams to deliver on our ambitious campaign plan.
We are seeking a motivational organiser to take a lead in building our volunteer base and in organising our activists to deliver the critical campaign activities that we know will help us win votes.
You will be a natural relationship builder, passionate about investing in people and extremely motivated to elect our first ever Green Councillors in Cardiff & The Vale of Glamorgan.
Salary: £24,068 to £27,104 pro rata (points 6 to 12 on Green Party pay scale)
Hours: 14 hours per week. Fixed term position until 2nd June 2022. Some work will be in evenings and at weekends according to the needs of volunteers.
Location: Home based with face to face meetings with Cardiff area volunteers at key meetings and on action days.
Supervisor: Wales Field Organiser. Line Manager: Head of Elections & Field Operations
Key relationships: Local party officers and campaign teams; Wales Field Organiser.

The Green Party is looking to recruit 4 permanent Field Organisers to support our local parties and campaigns in the South East, Yorkshire and The Humber, East Midlands and the South West, with a mixture of part and full time work available.
You would be joining our team of expert and dedicated Field Organisers who support local Green Parties to organise and win election campaigns. This team has supported local parties in achieving a record number of gains in 2021, there are now over 450 Green councillors in England.
This is an exciting time to join our staff team, after our huge success in the local elections in May 2021, and we are set to make many more gains in 2022 and 2023. You could be part of the team that delivers the next Green breakthrough on to many more councils and take control of Councils over England.
