Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive/Governance Administator
The Green Party is looking for a highly organised self-starter for the combined role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Governance Administrator. The core purpose of this role is to provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive and Governance committees of the Party. The role will involve providing direct assistance to the Chief Executive in delivering a wide range of projects in the Party’s organisational plan for 2017/18.
Salary: £28,565 - £31,538 (points 18-23 on the GPEW national pay scale)
Hours: 35 hours per week (with some evening and weekend work expected for committee meetings)
Location: Green Party National Office, London
Line Manager: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Reporting to: CEO;GPEx Chair; GPRC Co-Chairs
Deadline: Applications to be submitted by midday Friday 16 June 2017
Interviews: Provisionally week commencing 19 June 2017
It is anticipated that the EA role will take about three days a week with the balance of time providing support to the Party’s Governance structures as set out in this job description.
